I went with the intentions just to look at a car I had noticed online, leave and go to my normal dealer to see the car I was sure I was going to get. Well it didn't go as planned, I left with an entirely different car that I LOVE! My sales associate Tina was so knowledgeable, made a suggestion, she couldn't have been more right. The entire experience was so welcoming and friendly that although I felt guilty not going to my normal guy (at another Volvo dealership), Tina will be the lady I go to from now on. Thank you so much for the AMAZING costumer service, friendly smile and kindness to my family during the process of getting a new car. Pat was so great to get me where I wanted to be with Financing. It was really stress free and a positive experience. A+

I stopped here when the oil light on my Volvo came on unexpectedly. I was on my way to pick up my son at camp. The service department was tremendously busy, but the staff made time to top off my oil and make sure the car was safe to continue my trip. I received unbelievable service at Prestige Volvo. If I lived here, Prestige would be my local garage! I left feeling confident in my car and warm and fuzzy inside that there are still people out there willing to help a traveler in distress. I wasn't even late to pick up my son!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. The only person at the dealership worth dealing with is the service manager, Jay. Jay has been extremely helpful and I appreciated all the help he had provided to me. I leased a brand new XC 90 at the beginning of March. I have had nothing but problems with it since. I have left messages for the sales manager to call me back, who is always with a customer when I call, to never once receive a return call. I have emailed and left messages for the general manager and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard a word back from him either. I understand cars have issues, however I don't think it should have the same one numerous times and I think a dealership should return phone calls from its paying customers. Do not buy a car here if you want any type of service

Worked with Alex to buy my new vehicle yesterday. Everyone at the dealership was great. Fair negotiations and we got a great deal. We came in with a strict time limit and they were amazing at sticking to that which is something I have never experienced at a car dealership.

**Updated. Again, Jay has been amazing and I hope the dealership realizes what a great employee they have with him. After receiving my car back for the same issue, it happened again. This would be the fifth time! Jay was so patient and told me that he was going to go and speak to the general manager himself to help me resolve my issue and he did. I have been working with the GM, Matt and he has been extremely helpful. I am sad that it got to this point but I am so happy that they are stepping up to help me and making me feel like a valued customer. A huge thank you to Jay for all he has done and thank you to Matt for stepping up and making things right with my car.

A star is a lot to give to this dealer. They are the worst people to do business with. On October 28, 2017 my husband and I made the big mistake of going to buy a car from this dealer. When we arrived the deal went very well and we went out with an Audi Q7, a car that at 2 weeks had ignited the light that something was wrong. We called Prestige and they sent us to connect the truck to see what was the problem, which we did, after we sent the photo of the problem we were warned that the we take the Audi dealer which charged US 140 dollars to connect only. We decided to take the car to the dealer for them to solve the problem because we had 3 months warranty or 3000 miles. Jay the manager of the service department called my husband letting him know after a week spent 500 dollars to make an update to the computer that the car was ready to go to pick it up, when we got there that inadvertently the car there was still Check engine light on. We had to go again to 1 hour and 20 minutes on the way back to the house, we waited 2 weeks more calling the dealer where they always gave us a new excuse, supposedly Matt the manager was never there, to the third week Matt the manager called us And stated that we needed to go there to choose another car that they were not going to pay the damages the car had, when we arrived they offered us the worst that was in inventory a car all destroyed that for us was disrespectful to even showed us. Today is 12/28/17 two months later and still the dealer has not paid the bill to our bank, we have no car and our credit continues to fall. I'm very sorry that this dealer takes a name like Prestige to the front and make them look so bad. I have much more to say but I think with this said is more than enough for everyone to see that this is not a good place to do business.

    If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. The only person at the dealership worth dealing with is the service manager, Jay. Jay has been extremely helpful and I appreciated all the help he had provided to me. I leased a brand new XC 90 at the beginning of March. I have had nothing but problems with it since.
